Most entrepreneurs are confused with identifying when to focus on team building and expansion. The challenge is understanding the true concept of growth. Being busy with lack of efficiency and profitably is on the other end of the spectrum of being efficient, profitable and repeatable; therefore, this is when you should be ready to duplicate your efforts with sustainability and profitability.

I’ve coached and have contracted with a lot of individuals and CEO’s that have hired me to help them launch an expansion plan. At first observation, it always seems their business disposition is positioned to move forward. After assessments and reviewing profit and loss statements, systems, metrics, growth plans, we have found out otherwise. The common denominator is lack of patience, lack of a true overall biz model that holds all three values; a biz model that is sustainable, repeatable and profitable. Once you achieve these 3 ingredients, your business platform will prepared to sustain expansion in today’s market place.
